Compatibility with most waterproofing systems?

Roofmeadow®^® systems can accommodate both conventional and IRMA roof configurations and are compatible with most premium waterproofing systems, including PVC, TPO, modified bituminous, and liquid applied rubberized asphalt. Roofscapes, Inc. works closely with its long-standing alliance partners, including Sarnafil, Siplast, Carlisle, and Barrett, to help select the optimal waterproofing for every green roof it installs.

Comprehensive warranty protections?  

Roofscapes, Inc. and its alliance partners offer single-source warranties that cover both the waterproofing and the green roof system. Whether a single-source warranty or two separate warranties are provided, the green roof warranty lasts as long
as the waterproofing warranty and includes an unconditional offer
to uncover the waterproofing membrane, if needed.

The Roofscapes, Inc. Quality Assurance Program includes comprehensive warranties and maintenance programs, FLL-compliant designs, onsite construction monitoring, a rigorous safety program, approval of all materials and construction sequences,

Unlike many of its competitors that market green roofs as a vehicle for selling their proprietary roofing materials, Roofscapes, Inc. does not market or distribute any proprietary products. Its non-proprietary green roof designs and specifications are tailored to meet your unique needs, from simple systems to meadows and wetlands. Keep in mind that the “one size fits all” approach serves the aim of the manufacturer, not you.

Superior leak detection system?     

Roofscapes, Inc. employs the time-tested electronic field vector mapping (EFVM), which quickly detects pinhole-sized leaks before or after green roof installation. Purchase of special equipment is unnecessary. Repairs to the waterproofing are quick, and disturbance to the green roof is minimal.

Efficient use of irrigation systems?

Most Roofmeadow®^® systems do not require irrigation; however, when irrigation is required, only Roofscapes, Inc. offers highly efficient base-level irrigation systems that deliver water to the roots, which improves plant vitality and reduces water usage and maintenance costs, compared to conventional spray or drip.

Modular green roof option?

Modular systems may be useful for small or changeable roof gardens. Roofscapes, Inc. can modularize its green roof systems as circumstances dictate.
