Immediate Opening.

Position: AutoCAD Specialist

Based in northwest Philadelphia, Roofscapes, Inc. is one of the premier green roof firms in the country. Our company is involved with all aspects of the green roof industry, including: feasibility investigations, design and engineering, field supervision, and client service. In addition to activities in our home office, we provide training and support for our national network of landscaping contracting companies. We have a small, active office and are seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual with a foundation in AutoCAD. The qualified candidate must have good communication and organizational skills and at least a bachelor's degree. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and AutoCAD software is required. This is a part time position with more or less regular hours (work schedule flexible); all work to be completed in our office.

The ideal candidate will possess:

At least 2 yrs experience using up to date AutoCad 2008 software in a professional office (Civil Engineering, Architect, Landscape Architect office).
In depth knowledge managing complicated external reference files.
Understanding of and familiarity with architectural drawings for large scale projects.
Trouble shooting and problem solving skills in operating AutoCad.
